Just as reading to your child helps ensure necessary brain growth and intellectual development, the right kind of physical activity increases your child’s body awareness, coordination, muscle development, and balance.

Our parent/baby program, led by our Infant and Toddler Coaches, uses bean bags, hula hoops, crawling tunnels, bouncy balls, soccer balls, footballs, cones, and more to give children the best possible fun and an encouraging start when it comes to early physical fitness and development.
