Coaches are trained to teach up to 18 different sports for ages 12 months-12 years! In addition to practicing various sports, your Kidos will also stay engaged by playing games, participating in water play activities, doing sports and fitness related arts and crafts, and learning about basic anatomy and physiology!
Your booking includes:
One to six hours per day of engaging sport and fitness-based activities
Supplies and equipment provided!
A Kidokinetics camp t-shirt for each participant!
Personalized and individualized activities for any age group
