Kidokinetics has engaged children with our fun, high-energy sports and fitness classes since 1996, introducing sports-powered physical education to boys and girls of all ages. We are the only mobile sports and fitness program for kids that comes to your preschool, elementary school, local park, or community center with the certified coaches, equipment, and curriculum to teach over 20 sports. Sports Fitness Programs

Regardless of a child’s level or ability, this program introduces basic concepts of a variety of over 20 sports in a safe, non-competitive environment. Your child will be exposed to a new sport every week from archery to rugby to track and field!



Sports Clinics And Camps

Let your child experience a full suite of sports activities. Our technique-oriented sports clinics and camps combine games, drills, activities, and exercises to encourage strong basic skills, proper mechanics, that keep them fit and having fun year-around!



Pop-Up Playdates

A POPUP PLAYDATE features a certified Kidokinetics coach who’ll teach your group of kiddos up to 4 sports in 4 weekly playdates in the location of your choice: like your backyard, clubhouse, local park, or church.


