Add our program to your curriculum, and your students will learn age-appropriate physical activities in a fun and safe environment.
Our curriculum takes a variety of sports and breaks them down into basic movements, individually formatted for each age group. We fuse basic sports concepts with games that aid in motor and cognitive development.
School children will learn the importance of having good sportsmanship and a “yes I can” attitude. We bring all the sports and activities to you, and we will work with any space you have available, indoors or outdoors. The activity/sport will change every week and includes basketball, badminton, football, golf, hockey, scooters, soccer, tee-ball, tennis, volleyball, and much more.
Our enrichment classes give parents the option of having their children participate in our “fun way to fitness” classes.
A new and exciting sport/activity will be introduced each week. All ages are welcome, and classes are structured accordingly.
Our curriculum focuses on improving cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, agility, balance, and coordination. Having fun and being healthy and self-confident are encouraged in a non-competitive atmosphere guided by our dedicated coaches.
Classes also accommodate programs at Parks, Community Centers, Moms’ Groups, Home Schooling, and Private Groups.
Kidokinetics gives your school the opportunity to tailor a sports program specifically to the needs of your students!
Each clinic runs 6-8 weeks and combines games, drills, and exercises to aid in the development of strong basic skills, proper technique, and knowledge of the sport.
With a new sport each month, parents and children still enjoy variety, and they can also take part in more in-depth training in the sports of their choice.

We offer a 1-3 hour session for up to 20-100 staff members. The curriculum includes: childhood obesity education, the elements of fitness, definition and identification of gross motor skills, with exercises for each, and creative games played with sports equipment, beanbags, hula hoops, noodles, balls, and more.
All our trainers have extensive experience with children’s fitness and a real understanding of what it takes to motivate children and keep their attention.
1-On-1 And Small Groups
We recognize that some children need individual attention or smaller-group dynamics in order to thrive, so we provide these types of programs, too.
Our smaller classes are positive, encouraging, fun, and offer lots of variety. At Kidokinetics, our ultimate goal is to help all children become independent athletes that enjoy moving their bodies, improving their health, and participating in athletics all while building their self-confidence and self-esteem.
