Kidokinetics Nothing But NETS is a unique and exciting program designed to promote sports and fitness to children. In the Fall, kids will be introduced to LACROSSE and PICKLEBALL, focusing on learning the basics of these two sports, developing gross motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and enhancing physical fitness, balance, agility, and teamwork. Every kid will get their own sports equipment and every kid will participate, every time. Kidokinetics programming incorporates seven elements of fitness (Cardiopulmonary and Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular strength, Muscular endurance, Flexibility, Agility, Balance, and Coordination) for comprehensive child development. Learning at Kidokinetics is about having F.U.N: Fundamental, Understandable, and Noncompetitive. Your child will explore and grow without the pressures of competition, fostering self-esteem and self-confidence. With several different sports and other important physical exercises, children will feel confident when playing any sport growing up. Kidokinetics experienced coaches lead fun classes each week focusing on warm-up, introduction to a new sport or activity, free play, cool down, and an age-appropriate anatomy and physiology lesson. 

Special Instructions

This registration is for 10 Kidokinetics (Lacrosse + Pickleball) sessions until December 2nd and includes an annual enrollment fee of $45. For further questions regarding classes or billing, please email northseattle@kidokinetics.com or call/text at (425) 800-0995.
