Kidokinetics Jr. is an introductory sports class for kids and their grown-ups! Move, stretch, and build confidence together while learning sports fundamentals and play skills. Our curriculum is designed to get young children engaged in active play to encourage a positive attitude toward sports and physical activity, while providing opportunities for interaction with other children in a structured setting. Activities include soccer, basketball, volleyball, hockey, parachute games, tennis, baseball, obstacles courses, hula hoops, and lots more!
Special Instructions
Kidokinetics is a sports program designed especially for preschoolers! Through the introduction of a variety of sports, we focus on basic gross motor skills and sports fundamentals. Classes build confidence while stressing cooperation, discipline, and good sportsmanship. Coaches are positive and encouraging and classes are non-competitive. Activities include football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, hockey, tennis, baseball and many more!
