Kidokinetics is a nationwide sports enrichment program that has partnered with Shepherd's Flock Preschool to offer a playful introduction to sports. Our curriculum is designed to help kids get moving and build confidence! Each week features a warm up, an introduction to a new sport or activity, free play, cool down, and an age-appropriate anatomy and physiology lesson.

Special Instructions

Cost is $170 for 10 sessions. 

Payment will be made to school for the classes.
