Kidokinetics offers fun, engaging fitness classes for preschool-aged children, focusing on building motor skills, coordination, confidence, and a love for physical activity. Our dynamic programs feature age-appropriate activities that promote strength, balance, teamwork, and self-assurance in a positive and supportive environment. Special Instructions

Please have your child wear comfy clothes and sneakers on event days. Kidokinetics is a 30 minute intro to sports class.  Kids will warm-up, learn about a muscle group, participate in an obstacle course, and learn a new sport each week. We bring the equipment and certified coaches!

Classes are held Wednesday from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM. Click to view specific dates and times.

Event requires a yearly registration fee of $25.00 (per kid).
