Kidokinetics Sports Enrichment starting September 5th: 9 am - 10 am Location: Learning Stages Age Groups: 18 months to 5 years old Join us for a fun-filled morning at Learning Stages! This is a fantastic opportunity for parents and kids to get a taste of what Kidokinetics has to offer. Our program is all about promoting physical health, coordination, and social skills through dynamic, play-based activities. Class Offerings: SportsPlay: A well-rounded introduction to different sports each week, coupled with warm-up exercises, cool-down activities, and age-appropriate anatomy and physiology lessons. Flag Fun: Combining elements of flag football, capture the flag, and other high-energy games, this program emphasizes sprints, hand-eye coordination, and teamwork. Hoops, Scoops, & Shots: This program blends basketball, lacrosse, jai alai, and hockey, focusing on agility, accuracy, flexibility, and coordination. Ninja Play: Designed to enhance stability, agility, balance, and jump distance, Ninja Play is a hit among kids who love action-packed activities. Noodle Play: Utilizing noodles in various sports, games, and activities, this fun program helps develop motor skills, balance, strength, and coordination. Nothing But Nets: A unique combination of volleyball, tennis, badminton, and pickleball, emphasizing hand-eye coordination and cardiovascular endurance. Target Time: Incorporating bowling, golf, and disc golf, this program is great for developing foundational skills like hand-eye coordination and gross motor skills.
