Sampler programs are designed to provide a fun, healthy week of exercise, games, nutrition, and sports activities. Our coaches teach these skills through instruction and fun games to engage the children and build confidence. Each class introduces a new sport or sport activity teaching the skills and drills associated with the sport. Sports activities could include Golf, Tennis, Basketball, Baseball/T-ball, Football, Hockey, Obstacle Course, Hula Hoops, Scoops, Relays and Parachute activities. This program is a fun, early introduction to sports for children of all abilities!
Kids will need to wear clothes and shoes they can run in and have a water bottle
