Funday powered by Kidokinetics is a 30 minute sports class at our school where kids get to have fun, get real exercise, and learn how to play a new sport every week from a certified coach. Like each class offered by Kidokinetics, Funday has "The F.U.N. Factor, meaning its Fundamental, Understandable, and Noncompetitive. This class will include a warmup and stretch, new skills, personal achievement-based games, obstacle courses, and activities, cool down, and a brief anatomy and physiology lesson.
