Kidokinetics SportsPlay is a fun introduction to sports designed to help kids get moving and build confidence! Each class features a warm up, an introduction to a new sport or activity, games or free play, a cool down, and an age-appropriate anatomy and physiology lesson. Join us for this six-week Fall 2024 session that begins on Wednesday, September 25th. Classes will meet in the afternoons.
