Empower your kid’s body and mind in this free class with Kidokinetics! Kidokinetics SportsPlay is a fun introduction to sports designed to help kids get moving and build confidence. Through the introduction to a new sport, we will work on developing numerous fitness components like endurance, agility, balance, and motor skills. Join us for this F.U.N. class where we will introduce Fundamental sports skills in an Understandable and Non-competitive format. Come play confident with us!

This free class is for kids ages 2-5 enrolled at Cadence Academy - Waukesha. Kiddos enrolled in the 4K program will participate after the academic part of their morning.
