Kidokinetics is a nationally acclaimed sports and physical education enrichment program for kids. Our unique and exciting program introduces children to over 20 different sports and activities in a fun, non-competitive environment. Kidokinetics lessons are designed to incorporate age-appropriate motor skills into fun games and activities that kids LOVE.

Sports like volleyball, pickleball, kickball, tennis, basketball, golf, football, badminton, lacrosse, bowling, disc golf, T-ball and much more will be introduced. Every kid will get a piece of equipment and every kid will participate, every time. Our program will focus on fun, enjoyment and participation rather than competition. Each sport will cater to all developmental needs, and we make sure that every kid feels included, valued, and motivated to continue their own unique sports and fitness journey.

All classes will incorporate seven elements of fitness (Cardiopulmonary and Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular strength, Muscular endurance, Flexibility, Agility, Balance, and Coordination) for comprehensive child development. At Kidokinetics, learning is all about having F.U.N: Fundamental, Understandable, and Noncompetitive.

Your child will explore and grow without the pressures of competition, fostering self-esteem and self- confidence. With several different sports and other important physical exercises, children will feel confident when playing any sport growing up. Kidokinetics experienced coaches will lead fun classes each week focusing on warm up, introduction to a new sport or activity, free play, cool down, and an age-appropriate anatomy and physiology lesson.
