Kidokinetics SportsPlay is a fun introduction to sports designed to help kids get moving and build confidence! Each class features a warm up, an introduction to a new sport or activity, games or free play, a cool down, and an age-appropriate anatomy and physiology lesson. This class bills monthly, allowing you to enroll or cancel at any time.
