Kidokinetics SportsPlay is a unique program that targets social, physical and cognitive development through dynamic play. Through fun games and positive reinforcement, children will experience the joy of being active. Children build their confidence by practicing the fundamentals of a new sport each week while focusing on fine and gross motor skills. Lessons are age-based and are all taught in a non-competitive framework that emphasizes playful achievement. Each class includes a warm up, new skills, physical games and activities, and a cool down.

Special Instructions

Please bring a water bottle, wear comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes or sneakers. Classes held in the recreation center gymnasium (basketball courts)
