Children explore and grow without the pressures of competition, building self-esteem and confidence.
With exposure to several sports and important exercises, kids gain confidence in playing any sport as they grow up.
Kidokinetics’ experienced coaches lead engaging weekly classes that include:
Warm-ups
Introductions to new sports or activities
Free play
Cool-downs
Age-appropriate anatomy and physiology lessons

This class is open only to students at Barnes Elementary. This registration is for (9) sessions until March 17, 2025. Pricing excludes "No School" days.
