Kidokinetics Multi-Sports Play introduces kids to a variety of sports and activities, helping them build confidence and stay active. Throughout the program, kids will:

• Be introduced to a variety of new sports and activities, such as:

• Volleyball

• Basketball

• Kickball

• Football

• Flag games

• Jai alai

• Disc golf

• T-ball

• Lacrosse

• Focus on learning the basics of different sports while developing:

• Gross motor skills

• Hand-eye coordination

• Physical fitness

• Balance

• Agility

• Teamwork

At Kidokinetics, every child will:

• Receive their own sports equipment

• Participate in every activity every time

Our programming incorporates seven key elements of fitness to foster comprehensive child development:

Learning at Kidokinetics is all about having F.U.N: Fundamental, Understandable, and Noncompetitive.

• Children explore and grow without the pressures of competition, building self-esteem and confidence.

• With exposure to several sports and important exercises, kids gain confidence in playing any sport as they grow up.

Kidokinetics’ experienced coaches lead engaging weekly classes that include:

• Warm-ups

• Introductions to new sports or activities

• Free play

• Cool-downs

• Age-appropriate anatomy and physiology lessons

These classes instill healthy habits and foster a positive attitude toward physical activity that can last a lifetime!

This class is open only to students at Barnes Elementary. This registration is for (7) Kidokinetics sessions until Wednesday, May 28, 2025. Dates: 4/9,16,23: 5/7,14,21,28

Pricing excludes "No School" days.

Payments will be processed on the first day of class, April 9, 2025.
