10-week cycle of a new sport and activity every week such as: T-Ball, Soccer, Flag Football, Hockey, Lacrosse, Bowling, Basketball, Tennis, Ultimate Frisbee, Golf, and P.E games. The focus is exposure, gross and motor development, and dominant side awareness. Most classes begin with an obstacle course that focuses on spatial awareness, mobility, balance, and footwork. These are the skills that are the foundation for any sport and will give the children the freedom to explore all possibilities.
