Special Instructions
Please have your child wear comfy clothes and sneakers on event days. Kidokinetics is a 45 minute intro to sports class. Kids will warm-up, learn about a muscle group, participate in an obstacle course, and learn a new sport each week. We bring the equipment and certified coaches!
